Academy Improvement Board
Each individual academy in the Trust has its own Academy Improvement Board comprising the Headteacher along with their Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Academies and two Trustees, one of whom chairs the Board. This group meet three times a year, following the thrice-yearly assessment windows.
The meetings enable challenge across the school over six core areas:
- People & Capacity
- GLA Processes
- Quality Assurance and Accountability
- Self Evaluation and Strategic Planning
- GLA Priorities
