Tredington Primary School

School Meals

Our hot meals are freshly prepared and cooked in a partner kitchen at Bishops Cleeve Primary School by staff from Miquills. The food are then securely transported to Tredington in time to be served by Miquills catering staff.

Children in KS1 are entitled to a free hot dinner every day.  Meals for children in KS2 are charged at £2.50/day and must be paid through your Arbor account.  Children having a school meal make a daily choice during their morning registration.  Please take the time to look through the menu below and make sure your child's daily choice is a meal you are confident they will like and want to eat.

Alternatively, a healthy packed lunch can be bought in from home. We ask that children do not bring fizzy drinks, sweets or chocolate to school. We are a healthy school and we promote a balanced diet for all of our pupils.

Free School Meals

If you think your child may be eligible for free school meals (not the universal school meals that all KS1 children are entitled to) you can apply via the GCC website Parent Portal.

Allergies

If your child has a food allergy or intolerance please let us know at the School Office where we will ask you to complete a Health Care Plan.

We work in collaboration with Miquills to ensure good communication regarding medical diets and the required documentation. We will be able to support you by providing Miquills medical diet policy and request form, supporting you to complete the documentation if required, sharing medical diet menus and providing a photo for identification of pupils following a Miquills medical diet menu.
